We reached out to Outstanding Great Dane puppies looking to purchase a puppy. After speaking to them on the phone it seemed like a real thing. We were told a specific amount that was to cover the purchase and delivery. After sent the money he emailed a bill of sale then later contacted me saying he needed more money to cover "insurance" I refused to send more money and asked for a refund he stopped answering calls or text and has yet to refund our $800

I was looking to extend my family by finding a Great Dane puppy. I came across a cute little girl named Sadie. I emailed the website and the next morning a man text me to follow up on the email. He told me the puppy was $650.00 plus shipping bringing it to $800.00 (He said shipping cost $150.00. Flat fee. Red flag!) He asked me for the following information: First and last names-Emails-Delivery address -Zip code-Contact number -Name of closest airport. I gave him my name and he already had my number. I told him our airport and as for the address, I gave him the airports. I didn’t feel comfortable giving him my actual address. I already had a bad feeling and we were just barely getting started. He said when he received payment through Cashapp, he would then proceed to the Sales Contract and email it to me. I could then sign it, take pictures of it signed and send back. We would then proceed to have the puppy registered (which later he told me was already done and he wouldn’t tell me the AKC number), and then he would send me tracking details and full flight information, so I could monitor the delivery process online till I received the puppy. That was the only time he sounded somewhat legitimate… Then he told me when I make the payment he will ship the dog and I would receive it the same day. Which I found odd. Red flag! I’m all the way in small town in Arizona. Our temperatures are very hot here, going up to the 120° index. Airlines won’t fly a animal when it’s this hot. I know because this isn’t the first dog I would be flying in from the East Coast. I asked him his name and he stopped texting me the first night. I asked again the following day and he finally gave his name, Jacoby Lewis. I asked him a lot of questions and he was very short, one worded replies, almost rude. I asked for a very specific picture. A picture of Sadie with a soda/beer can to be placed in the picture. A way for me to see he is with the dogs and it’s current. He kept ignoring me. He sent other pictures. Including one of his drivers license. And one video that looked horribly photoshopped. I asked what he called her color and he said fawn and her parents were fawn too. (Fawn is a light brown and normally a black mask) this puppy was a harlequin. Grey, blue and white. The picture of the mom he sent me was of a black and white spotted Dane. If he is the breeder/owner, how does he not know what color his animals are? That was a red flag for me. He never asked me anything about myself or the home to which the puppy would be going to. Another red flag. He would text me at 4 in the morning asking if I had paid him. All his questions to me were him asking me about the money. He wanted a $300 deposit (which is high), and he wanted it made via CashApp. I didn’t want to do the app and that is all he would accept. I started asking questions again, to see the health certificate and such. He finally told me he wouldn’t show me anything until I paid him. He then told me I needed to find another breeder. I told him I was just doing my due diligence because this was a lot of money I was investing. So he told me if I didn’t buy the puppy TODAY(!!!) someone else would take her. Red flag! I wasn’t going to be strong armed into it. He called her Sadie, her name tag on her collar said Skittles and she was listed on a different page as Bella. Too many red flags for me! I looked him up online and found his mugshot. I found people with a similar complaint as mine against him. Here alone on the ScamPulse.com he is listed multiple times, 5 I think. He is reported for trying this on 5 other websites he operates! Yes, they are still up and running! This guy is scam artist, and I hope this saves at least one person from doing business with this man!! Because in the end they will be out money and have no puppy to show for it!
