Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have been selling things I no longer need/want on eBay and a potential seller just advised me that a UNIQUE item — with my photos and my exact description (including typo) was posted on this websites product list for sale. There is no way they would be able to fulfill this order.

When you get to outlestbest.top’s link of my (or see photo), there are other items shown below. Three of those are also ebay items, various sellers, apparently not them. Location of the business associated with this internet company is unknown. Location I used was mine.

The link to my listing on ebay: ***  (noting this listing will end on 12/20), the potential Buyer who advised me he found my exact listing on this site (he was searching for this item and mine apparently is the only one that exists on the web, given the photo, it was obvious he realized the were using my listing). There is a chance he may buy this, but the listing link should still work. Otherwise, search eBay for this item title under sold and active.
