Type of a scam Online Purchase

This person sells furniture out of their truck he offered a great package deal no tax only cash accepted so I bought the items

Living room set, dining table and chairs, refrigerator and a free tv $1500 this deal was too great to pass by and he doesn’t charge tax

When I got home the items in the box were broken, the refrigerator was used and not working. I called him to get my money back or an exchange and he said he would exchange them but a couple days later he stopped answering my calls and blocked my number. This man is a scam I even went to his warehouse and it’s never open

I wonder how many people he has ripped off this business should be shut down
