I order an insulated cup and lid back in December 2016 and was charged for both via my credit card. I received the lid and no cup! I’ve contacted them 3 times with no response! This is very upsetting since I was charged over 39.00! By the reviews, it looks like this isn’t the first time it’s happened!

I placed a order on 1/16/17 for a yeti rambler cup and spill proof lid. My credit card was charged the same day. I have not received any updates on the item or have I been able to get in contact with the company. I have called the phone number on the website, left emails with the website and tried chatting on the online chat offered on the website and I am unable to get through. After I started to get suspicious I started reviewing the website and all I found were reviews of people not receiving there items so I decided to file a complaint on here.

We have ordered a personalized cup from this website and we have not gotten any updates on the shipping status in a month. We have tried multiple times to contact the company through email and via phone. Their instagram social media site has multuple reports of this being a scam which we have found out after ordering.
