Purchased item, never rec’d, called 4 times, a week later item arrived, from china. It is the wrong item and I have tried 9 phone calls to get the ""magic jack customer" (that’s what it says when you call ) to return my call. I have tried all different hours and days and no call back. I need an address and return authorization number and the person will not call me back. It does not answer as "outdoor supreme gear" and that is who we "paid"….the return address is: Chao Xu, Longhua Minzhi Zhankeng Yi, Qu 183 Dong Baoan, ShenzhenGuangdong 51800 China
