Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Ordered a single webcam on behalf of my company to see if this was a reputable website to get them since everyone is working from home during the pandemic. I never received any confirmation email, and immediately contacted Paypal when the item number looked funny ("Item #TcFxdpHhMpTMyNzM1"). I tried emailing them and noticed the email was a Japanese email address and the website is based in Palau but they say they have a California address? Where are they located? Upon closer inspection of the website, all the links to social media do not work. There’s no public presence. It’s just a big fake website. Also there is no banner on their web page with their name on it. One day later I received no item but it said it was delivered. How could it have been delivered overnight? It also said the order came from Colorado. I never received an email back from them either. I contacted Paypal again noting it was a scam. Be aware of this fake website! I almost cost my company thousands!
