On 04/25/2020, I was looking for African Grey Baby Parrot for my son. I saw on this website. Mr. Hayes offered me 3 months old baby parrot. Mr. Hayes offered me 10% discount and $100 shipping. Total price was $585.00. Then mr. Hayes said he only accept payment methods with Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal as friends and family, Google pay. He pushed me to have a sale, and got me pay through Zelle the total amount of $585. Then on 04/27/2020, I followed up with him for the status and when he’s mailing the bird. After several of my texts, he then gave me some fake tracking number. The shipping company name: www.intercontinental-cargo.com. Later, I received text messages from the phone number. Message says all in caps, "WE ARE PROCESSING YOUR DELIVERY RIGHT NOW AND AND THE CRATE THAT WE HAVE YOUR PARROT IN NOW, CANNOT SUPPORT YOUR PARROT THROUGH OUT THE DELIVERY TRIP. BECAUSE THE CRATE WE HAVE HERE IS NOT WELL VENTILATED AND THUS NOT SAFE TO TRAVEL. YOU HAVE TO PURCAHSE A CRATE OR EITHER RENT A VENTILATED CRATE FROM US NOW. 1st CLASS CRATE IS $400

2nd CLASS CRATE IS $300." This is what I was told. I told them you need to contact the shipper because I already paid the shipping charges, rest now the duty is for the shipper. I contacted the seller mr. Hayes who is actually the owner that he either take care the issue with shipping company or refund the money. Mr. Hayes said that he will refund the money. After that mr. Hayes stayed quietly as dead. Now not responding nor refunding my money. Mr. Hayes asked me to pay under his wife’s name which is Yancey Holly. Yancey Holly’s email address is [email protected] I still yet to get my money or the parrot. He’s fooling people and stealing their har earned money. These people should be arrested and I want my money back.
