Type of a scam Investment

On July 29th 2019 I entered into an agreement with Osmond Oz Smith Capital LLC for a $50,000 startup investment loan. I was told that the loan had been approved, but I had to pay an $870 dollar non-refundable fee for loan preparation. I paid the fee, but soon after, I was told that I would need to pay VAT tax and wire fee of $2,768. And after this, I needed to pay a loan insurance fee of $2,500, because I didn’t have collateral. I was then told that I needed to pay a down payment of 10%, which is $5,000 dollars. I paid the fees. I should have noticed something was wrong by now, but I was to focused on the loan. It wasn’t until I was ready to receive the funds that I realized that I was being scammed. Osmond said that I needed to open an account with the bank he was with to make it easier to transfer funds and make payments. I did and it looked like the funds were deposited. When I tried to transfer the funds into my bank, they would not transfer and a note came up saying that I needed a verification code to transfer funds and it would cost $1,380 dollars. I knew I had been had. I called the bank that I supposedly had an account with (which was a bank out of Denmark) and they informed me that they didn’t do business in the U.S. and had not branches in the states. So the bank account and funds were all fictitious. Please let people know so this doesn’t happen to others.
