Type of a scam Phishing

I had a notification yesterday 4-27-19 morning around noon ..Saying I had to reactivate my account.. I called Verizon and was told that my phone number was ported over to another carrier.. There was a email for a transfer from my bank that was declined , I also couldn’t log in to my bank Chase..I was told when I called to come in with 2 pieces of I’d to prove it was me. They have compromised my accounts which I’m trying to secure.. I filed a police report and will be faxing it to Verizon so they get their phone shut down.. The name is Oscar Rodriguez..They should go to Jail.. I’m guessing they have done this to others as well..
