Beware Orogold Cosmetics unscrupulous business practices! They gave me a bogus receipt with the wrong credit card name and amount printing discounts they never gave me, while printing on the receipt no refunds for sales and promotions. This was a relentlessly aggressive sales person that targeted me as an older women outside the store and physically escorted me in against my will. I am a polite respectable women and I became a vulnerable one being worn down. Unbeknownst to me, within 7 days of my purchase, and without signs of impending closing, the marketing manager of the mall I shopped in told me she and the mall management threw the Orogold store out because of it’s unscrupulous business practices. I am still trying to get my full refund but have no address to use. No one at Orogold customer service has ever returned the messages I have left on their answering machine. I learned today that Orogold Cosmetics has no US headquarters address so they cannot have a complaint filed against them with the BBB, hence my filing this BBB Scam Tracker.

My 82 y.o. Mother was shopping alone in Frisco Stonebriar Center on Feb 19,2018 when she was approached by a sales lady from Oceane. That lady tried to sell her stuff and she ended up spending $***. Then that lady told her she needed to see her friend at OroGold Cosemetics. The saleslady grabbed my Mother by the arm and lead her to the other store. The salesman there began telling her about his product. When she said no, he kept on talking, the two sales people had her cornered. In the end she spent $*** with him. I told her she had to tell them "no" and she said she did. This is harassment.
