I ordered a pair of Padova shorts off their website. Initially it didn’t say anything about delayed shipping. After not hearing back from the company a week later confirming shipping, I emailed them and they said they’d be shipping the shorts out at the end of July. July 25th rolls around and I’ve still heard nothing from them, so I email them again and a man named Gino told me they’re having a meeting this week to discuss the status of the shorts. After not hearing back for another week, I sent another email their way, where Gino told me the shorts would not ship for another 2-3 weeks. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for a refund and telling them to cancel my order, but I’ve heard absolutely nothing back. They’ve scammed me and now I’m out $170+ dollars.
