I placed an online purchase on October 22, 2016 and received a shipment notice on October 27, 2016 of said purchase. I have yet to receive the purchase and have emailed the provided email address three times with no response. I wanted to report this in hopes of their site not working again and that others will not have the same results and frustrations I’ve had.
