Ordered a Scooby Doo ride on toy, they sent me face mask. I contacted them they sent me a tracking number assuring me it was on its way. Never received it. I asked them to send me another one they claimed they were out of stock. I asked for a refund they didn’t want to give me a full refund they said they pay a lot in shipping, whatever that wasn’t part of the agreement. Anyway this all started in June and I haven’t received anything from them not a refund or merchandise. They were emailing me back for awhile promising me a refund now they don’t answer my emails. They’re completely bogus.

Order the go kart for my son this year February 26, 2020 for his birthday March 5, 2020 and it is now September 15, 2020 I’m yet to receive my money back or get my item. I have reached out several times and I don’t get any responses back.

I ordered two hoover boards. It took me a month to get a USPS tracking number for one item only. Then a small package arrived empty! No hoover boards…I checked my card statements and the charge was from a different company providing computer network service. I emailed them demanding a full refund but I’ve never heard from them. I filed for fraud with my credit card! Just be careful!

I ordered a 24 volt Power wheel for my kids for Christmas was supposed to be here for Christmas never showed up contacted them by Email from website! They messaged back that they sorry to inform me that due to bad weather conditions! Ok Understandable! That my package is running late! Waited another 3 weeks post office calls me says that the package was in for me to come pick it up! Get there and the package they said when I said I came to pick up the power wheel they looked at me and laughed and said bud you have been scammed and handed me a package that they said it weighed not even 1 pound opened it up to a pair of fake Ray-Ban Sunglasses! I than emailed them again asking where is my power wheel I payed $80 for and I sent the picture of package to them and they replied there was a mistake during the process of the item they accidentally shipped the wrong item! ( Ok mistakes happen) so they said they wanted to make this right! They would express ship the correct item to me within 3 to 5 business days! Ok I agreed as long as it is the right item this time! He said it will be I assure you! I said ok than ty and I understand mistakes happen! Well it’s been like 37+ days and package comes in and same thing another pair of plastic $1 store glasses with fake Ray-Ban imprint on them that half the Ray-Ban imprint is missing and no one will answer me back in Email or by phone for last 2 weeks!

orgersc.com is an on-line scam site. They took my card for the PowerWheels battery I thought I was purchasing then ran the card in the exact amount for a charge of $53.68 at a place called Women for Women OB-GYN a few days later. This is a business I have never heard of or visted. Finally, I received a scam package from DFWIN (also the orgers.com people) with a crappy ring. I know it’s from them b/c they sent me the tracking # that matched and said my "battery" had been delivered when I inquired about where my battery was. From my on-line research it looks like it may be a case of brushing, however, they also made the fraudulent credit card charge. Please shut this site down!

My grandson wanted a Hoover board so I googled place for cheap. This orgersc.com appears and I took a chance. Well when I got a email it was totally different from the company and when I tried to get tracking information nothing was available. When I seen the transaction on my statement it was from a different company as well. So I sent another email demanding tracking information as well as a full refund and to let them know I was reporting them and haven’t heard from them. Lesson learned to always google company first
