Type of a scam Online Purchase

ordered product online on 1/13/20 using visa debit.on 1/15/20 $95.39 was taken from my bank account to cover purchase.product was not received.calls and emails were not responded to.facebook post on 1/27/20 by the company says they could not respond to calls and emails because of the large number.they also stated their card processing company would no longer turn over funds from purchases.today their site,still up and taking orders,states purchases can no longer be made with credit or debit cards but must be purchased with checks.in my opinion,this seems to be a type of ponzi scheme where keep they taking orders and money while promising extra product or future discounts to unfilled customer orders.while i know i can’t recover my lost money,i hope you can help prevent others from being taken advantage of in the future.as i’ve said,the site is still taking orders.i don’tbelong to facebook,but you can check their posts there and perhaps get an idea of how long they have been pulling this scam.i think it may have been months.i also filed a complaint with the oregon atty. general’s office today.
