My son recommended his friend’s friend [ Milton Castellon-Ordonez] to do my house gutters and other home improvement work. The total amount was $2,300.00 and he asked for $1,500.00 down payment. I always research the contractors but I did not this time because was recommended by my son’s friend.

First he said he will bring some materials but that he went to The Home Depot and was to busy he had to leave and will return another day. When he came home and picked the check, he said he does not have an account at Bank of America and told me to do another check in his friend’s name because he has an account with my bank. I explained that he could still deposit the check but he insisted, so I wrote another check. The check was cashed at a checks cashing place. Since he cashed the check on 05/01/2020, he has been telling me that he will come tomorrow to start the job but he has not, I called several times and always had an excuse, he never called me to give an explanation why he did not showed to start the job. Finally I told him that the contract is over and that I want my money back, he said that he has to go to the bank an get the money. I have not received my money yet and I will go to the police department to press charges for fraud and contacting my County’s States Attorney’s Office also. He operates under these fake companies: Ordonez General Maintenance and Ordonez Landscaping Services, Ordonez Home Improvement LLC.
