Called my place of employment making threats over the phone.It is against the law for them to harrass or make threats over the phone. I know this is a scam. Never took a loan out with them. Please investigate this call. They never said they were calling or that this was an atempt to collect a debt.

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

There was a call made to my sister mother in law stating to call a number and advised her that I had been writing bad checks in my sister name. When I called the number and gave them my case# they stated that I had went online with a company called OPD Solutions in 2012 and got a loan that I didn’t pay back. When they asked me to verify my address, they became very upset and disrespectful when I didn’t give them the info. I tried to call back and they stated they were going to block my number, but not before telling me that I would be served a summons about this matter. They would not provide any other information.
