Ordered 2 arctic air conditioners on August 7th have not received any thing. I have tried to email and didn’t get a response. Now I finally look to see if it is scam and sure enough it has many reports. I am in the process of disputing charges with bank. Very disappointed. Especially since it has been so hot. I did notice that on all the complaints that I have seen the dollar amounts are relatively small the largest amount that I saw was $44.00. I guess they are keeping it low so people won’t bother to dispute and fly under the radar.
