Type of a scam Online Purchase

This site is using my address and my 16 year old sons name in the contact us tab.

I have had the police department show up at my house beacuse people are calling the local police department complaining they have payed for merchandise from the website and have never received it.

I have received letters from lawyers from Blue Parrot and Plantronics for having their products on the website without there consent.
