This website comes up when you type in the Wisconsin DOT license plate renewal URL. Before you are able to see the renewal cost, they process your credit card. For my renewal of $128.00, they charged me $189.99. When I called the company to cancel my order within a minute of the transaction, they said they could not cancel.
