Type of a scam Tech Support

I received a pop-up on my computer stating I was being phished and to call Microsoft tech support. I called the number and the person on the phone said they could assist and asked if I would allow them to remotely access my computer (via an email they sent) and he said I didn’t have a firewall, or something to that nature. I paid them $499.00 to install a firewall. Several months later, they called wanting to know what I hadn’t been performing ‘updates’ and I told them I hadn’t received any, and again they remotely accessed my computer and told me that my account had been compromised due to me not doing the updates, and that they were able to tell from IP addresses found on my computer that hackers from Russia, Italy and Brazil had been able to access my account because despite the firewall they had installed, my information wasn’t encrypted. They charged me a whopping $699.99 (of which to date I’ve paid $300 and owe a balance as we’re experiencing a PANDEMIC and I don’t have that kind of money!) but I googled their company and it appears they are scammers. I was hoping someone from your office could check it out. The image I’m leaving you is from the latest payment of $300 I paid them last month. I no longer have the receipt from the initial $500 payment because initially I was not skeptical of the company. I have since received a phone call from them (which I let go straight to voicemail) reminding me of the $400 I owe them.
