I applied to what I thought was a government site for a copy of my birth certificate so that I can renew my drivers license. I submitted my information and a credit card payment to online vitals US.com. They charge me $47 and never sent me my birth certificate. They Sent me a form to print and fill out and mail to Menands, NY, and I was supposed to get a birth certificate in overnight mail. I did not receive this and attempted to call,
