They contact you about their company, which I found out is not through Flexjobs.com. They have you fill out questionnaire and then login to their company to find out more info about their company before you have your initial interview with Michelle at 712-775-7035.which didn’t let me login until after the interview began which didn’t prepare me enough for the interview. Michelle was interviewing two or three people at the same time and asking questions that were the same from the questionnaire emailed to me and also about my work history. Then she had us watch a getting started with the business and overview of the company. I discovered that this company was really Essante Organics and were trying to educate the public about their toxic-free products and why they needed to switch to theirs. Then they stated they were in Mesa, AZ, but when you go on their online website, then you see no Mesa address, but Phoenix, AZ. They pay you once you buy their business kit, which starts your business as well as have to set up a website and sign up for their web app. Then they pay you six different ways, based on number of people you enroll under you, how much products you sell or the money you made off the products either retail or whole sale cost, and several levels of bonuses you can earn. The first 7 days of your involvement with the business are free, but then they require you to pay an upgrade fee to activate your full participation in the company.
