Consumer called:

Consumer’s son found an add on Craigslist for a home at 4018 N Adams St, Spokane Wa 99205. They contacted the gentleman named Spencer Filzen, he didn’t charge an application fee or a pet fee. "He won’t tell us or show us the property until we pay him $500. He wont tell us where it’s supposed to go or who it is supposed to go to. Without sending him the money he wont even send us the keys or paperwork or anything. My landlord here even reached out to him and he wouldn’t speak English, he was Asian or something with a thick accent." He keeps texting the consumer about money. The "landlord" keeps harassing me and he keeps saying it’s his house.
