Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was on instagram when I saw an interesting ad about game testing. I looked at their website and they seemed legit, with all 5 star reviews and user testimonials. They also advertised a "1 month free trial" so I thought I had nothing to lose. upon entering my financial information on a secure platform I was charged after assuming it was a free trial. I would have felt better about it had their website actually functioned as advertised. The only the links that work are the ones that simply show job ads. They advertise that they are a resource that you can learn game quality assurance testing but they have none of those resources. I have messaged them more than once with no reply so I cancelled my membership. They don’t even have a phone number so I probably should have clued in there.
