Type of a scam Phishing

The scam is a recorded message with a woman’s voice named Kate. The message says that the computer security company that is providing your computer security has gone out of business and you still have two years remaining and are due a refund. When you press one to speak with the refund department they asked you to sit in front of your computer and turn it on. I told them one time that my computer was broken and I could not turn it on and they hung up on me. The other time I asked them which computer and they told me any of them. I told them that I have never purchased the computer security software and again they hung up on me. If you try and call any of the numbers back there is a recording that states Your call cannot be completed at this time
