Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered an item from this company on March 3, 2020. I reached out to the company March 6,2020 to see when the order was going to be shipped and they said it takes 2 to 6 days to ship, so I waited. I then received a tracking number March 9, 2020 and when I went to search the tracking number it said “ Your package is on its way to a USPS facility”. So I waited about 2 days and checked again and it still said the same thing so I reached out to the company March 14th and 15th to check the status of my order and there was no response. I asked for a refund and still there was no response. This company needs to be shut down if they’re taking people’s money and not sending them their products!
