Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased 6 tickets with refund insurance along with merchandise for Christmas Gifts. Week before the event received mail stating that the event has been cancelled.

The mail did not come directly through One World Lantern Festival Company, but through TicketSplice service company. I have sent numerous mails to the OWLF support email address as they have no number where they can be reached & to no avail.

I even utilized Ticket Splice online live messaging function and the company could not help me. They stated that One World Lantern Company uses there online functions / services, but Ticket Splice cannot give refunds.

There is no information how to refund tickets that were purchased with refundable insurance. And there is no means available contact the company to request a refund.

Truly disappointing as this purchase was gifts for close friends & total amount was expensive.

Really need support please.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

There is a festival called "One Word Lantern Festival" where you purchased your ticket and "witness the magic of lanterns as they light up the night sky." The point being is that a week before the Festival the company announced that they didn’t have all the require permits to do this festival and that there is no refund. It was all an scam. I send and email a week ago to discuss this and I haven’t heard from them.
