i recieved a calling from this company was told there was there was a serious virus on my iphone that needed to be fixed right away and that they represent apple i was told that if it wasnt fixed within 3 days all phones on my plan would be inopportable and shut down completely and to fix problem it would cost $232.99. in a panis i paid it via credir card. Than went to my phone carrier only to find out i was scammed.The person who called said he represented apple as an employee another lie. i had to cancel my credit card, stop payment which i was charged for and master reset phone. The person who called knew all my personal information such as my address my name how many phoned on plan and the account number with out me telling him any of that information.
