On May 30, 2015 I purchased service from – On Line Resolve to clean malware & Viruses off my computer and provide protection 2 yrs. for a senior rate of $250/2 yrs. I was desperate and have no real complaints for the service provided except for poor English & typos. Later I have been informed I didn’t need this service since I have Norton through Xfinity at not cost.

Then last Friday (12/11/15) – On-L-Resolve called to state their co. was going out of business & could no longer provide the service so by gov. regulation they were required to refund a prorated amount of my money. This ended up being a 1 1/2 hr. session to tell & walk me thru transferring money to a Shangzi in China via Western Union and my bank account via my debit card receiving the $’s. I got confused with all the lies I was to tell WU so stopped.

Then on 12/14 PM received call from a rep of the "New Co." – Fast Heal. This time it was to be simple with the rep. doing the leg work on my computer but ended with over 4 hours when I was asked to go to an ATM at Kroger (across town), draw out $1,200 and send via WU to a Jie Yang – in China to cover his "mistake" of transferring $1,500 instead of $300 to my bank account. This did not seem right to an 83 yr. old non-techy so I quit. He got off my computer abruptly but left me with not being able to get back on my computer until I did a restore two different ways.
