I order from this website and never received my item; however, they took the money for the item quickly from my account. I have tried to contact this company by phone and email and have not gotten a response by email and all phone numbers to them have been turned off. When I looked online this morning I saw that there are hundreds of people that are in the same boat as me. Please do not let them rip you off as by time you can file a complaint with your card carrier it is to late, as it is past the time you have to report the fraud.

On December 12, 2018 I had made a purchase of a personalized fleece football jacket $89.95 for my husband for Christmas. On December 23rd I sent an email to [email protected] inquiring where is the order. On December 25th I received an email stating that all orders were backlog and would be shipped shortly and to wait for a confirmation number. No big deal I would have put it away for husbands birthday which was 1-22-2018. On January 25, 2018 still no order so I sent another email demanding my money back or I would be forced to take legal action. Their response was orders are still backlogged and would be shipping shortly. I have since emailed them once more with no response. I went on line over this past weekend and their site is taken down, and there is no way to contact them. I have also checked reviews and there were many people who also got ripped off from this company.

My question is what can I do legally and how do I get my money back.

In Nov of 2017 I ordered a custom eagles jacket from an ad on facebook. I clicked on the link and placed the order. They took my $100 right away. I heard nothing else and then a few weeks ago i received a very generic letter not even dated in a bubble wrap packet. It just said that the order is delayed and they were trying to get it sent before Christmas. It also has a coupon code for a new order. After that letter I received nothing. I tried to email because that is the only information they provided and nothing. I jumped on line to see if anyone else is having the issue and sadly i found MANY people that the exact thing happened to from this company. They take the 100.00 and never respond again. I found out the reason for the bubble wrap packet. They said the letter this way so they can claim they sent the jacket and not a letter. Please help. 100.00 might not be much to someone like yourself but it’s HUGE to the average person. If you total up all the people you can easily find on line that are having the same issue it will total up to thousands.

Do not order from this website. I placed an order for an Ottawa Senators hoodie for my child at Christmas. Was told 3-4 week delivery. Did not receive anything and sent an email to ask what is happening. Response had the wording that made it known they were not an English company. The website makes it look like they are from the US but I don’t believe so.

I have contacted my credit card company for help.

I ordered three Eagles jackets from this place totaling $280.00 on 11/21/17 and have yet to receive anything. They took my money immediately and I emailed them twice with no response. They are a total scam and fraud and steal people’s money with nothing in return or response!

On demand gear is a scam. They advertise NFL jackets and do not deliver orders. Email responses are generic and there is no follow up. I ordered an Eagles jacket in December and got nothing. They advertise on FB. They’re are many comments saying they’re a scam.
