I purchased a shirt online and they sent me a ring. I email them about the wrong item sent with photos and they say my item is out of stock. I ask for a refund and they bribe you to keep the ring and get a 5% refund. I tell them I want a full refund and I do not want the ring. They refuse to give full refund and want you to pay to send the wrong item back to them and still not get refund.
