I purchased a chain on December 2, 2019. I never received an email confirmation of the order. I attempted to email the company with an email address provided on their website and the address was invalid. I began reading more reviews, I found that I am not the only one who did not receive ordered items. Do not order from this site. It is fake and they will just take your money.
