I placed an order on April 17th. After seeing several bad reviews and my order status still saying "Awaiting Shipment" on May 1st, I decided to cancel my order. It is now May 16th and several emails back and forth, they told me this morning "Hi there,
Thanks for contacting us.
As I checked your order have already packed up and sent to the carrier. It can’t be canceled now.
Sorry about that."
This was upward of the 10th email back and forth. Previous emails have said "Hi there,
We will mark your order as "priority" and choose the express shipping method for your order. Would you like consider again to keep order?"
My order status still says Awaiting Shipment. It has now been a month since I placed my order and have been going back and forth in emails. They have also been using different email addresses
