Type of a scam Rental

I was looking for a new apartment on Apartments.com when I came across a studio rental (at the scam address) for much less than the area average rate. I contacted the landlord, giving him only my name and email and no other personal information.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the email I received, which appears to be a textbook Airbnb rental scam according to your blog post and other articles I have found online:

I have already contacted AirBnB about this. I did not provide any personal information other than my name and email, and absolutely no payment information. I’m changing my email password just to be safe, but please let me know if any other measures are are recommended.
