Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a few pairs of pants from this company. I received the conformation email saying they received my order and charged my credit card. That was January 27th 2019. As of today, March 3rd, 2019 I have not received a shipping notification or a tracking number. Their website states that if you haven’t gotten one in 2-3 weeks to please contact them at the email address they provide.I have done this three times. They sent the same auto-generated email back. There is no other way to contact them and I am wanting a full refund. They discount their clothes to make you want to buy them and then they don’t send them to you.
