COMPLETE scam! Please do not buy from them! They advertise online extensively, then take credit card payment and never ship items. There is no phone number to contact and no address. I have been trying to be refunded since May, it does not seem that will happen. I have sent over 18+ emails and have received only two automated responses. The sabrina jumpsuits seem to be the best "sellers."

Please see my ScamPulse.com complaint #***. This company is an absolute scam and I don’t know how to get someone to stop them. I have talked to everyone BBB, various consumer protection agencies in CA, as well as even asking local news stations to investigate them (investigative reporting). I have sent them a legal demand letter. They have changed their address, and do not answer their phones. Their website is a front. They are taking large sums of money from women for low-quality merchandise, and then stealing this money if the items are returned.

After making a purchase from the website (http://www.olivergrace.com/) I was sent a confirmation and tracking number for my shipment. My item as noted as "pre-ship" and the postal service had no information about it would expect to receive the goods for shipment for over 2 weeks. I emailed the customer service center via their email address and facebook profile page (https://www.facebook.com/Oliver.Grace.Online/) and after 2 weeks they finally wrote me back to say their distribution center was "behind" and the item would not ship for 4 more weeks. I requested a refund and they agreed to issue one. I did not hear anything from the company again for 6 weeks. After I inquired about where my refund was the company emailed to say the item was delivered. It absolutely was not and when I check the tracking number the item still says "pre-ship" and that the merchandise was never even sent to the post office to be shipped.

I’ve found numerous other similar complaints from other customers. Please do what you can to investigate to prevent others from unnecessarily losing money.
