Type of a scam Online Purchase

On July 4, 2019 while on You Tube there was an ad for Portable Generators from new.tearage.store (part of OIEFEUIFFH). I found the 12,000W Dual Fuel Portable Generator of interest for a sale price of $219.99(Save $958.01) Normally I wouldn’t think the price was correct but it was during the 4th of July holiday and there were numerous online sales going on. Before purchase I check and all seemed correct, so using my bank debit card i made a purchase. It was at the time I received a confirmation email of the purchase that I noticed there was no contact number or address, only an email address of a person and not a company. I tried to look up the site again but it was taken down. I tried the View your order or visit our site choices in the confirmation email but got a oops! for both. I contacted My bank and filed a fraud complaint and was refunded my money but I was advised only temporarily because if they challenge it and prove with a prove of delivery from the postal service they must by law give the money back to the Fraudulent Company and I would have to deal with the company myself. So far all contact Information are fake, except for the Stripe Inc software used by the Fraudulent Company which is only a fax number. I received in the mail in a brown bubblepack type envelope from China an unknown very light item, I did not open the package because it wasn’t a 12,000W Portable Generator, the label did have information printed on it about a 12,000W Generator but only a filter valued at $6.00 according to the label. The tracking number given to the bank matched the tracking number on the envelope and even though it wasn’t what I claim is what I purchased, the company said I got what I ordered and there are no refunds. So according to the law the Fraudulent Company provided what was necessary to regain the disputed payment
