Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have placed an order on 2/3/2020 and tried to contact seller on 2/5. However, no one pickup phone call and reply any email. on 2/6, money had been taken out from my bank account, and still no one answer phone and reply email. Finally, they replied email because I warned them to report them. They said the product will be shipped on 2/11. I understand the product has shortage situation, but I don’t see any tracking number or anything on 2/11. So, I contacted them again, but same thing happened, no one answer calls or reply emails. Couples of hundreds dollars had been taken from my bank account without any response. I truly believe this website is a scam and fraud company.
