Type of a scam Online Purchase

I used Google to search for a specific Pittsburgh Penguin jersey to purchase for my son for Christmas. Among the top results was the website OfficialPenguinsNHL.com. I clicked the link and the legitimate-looking website was titled "The Official Online Store of The Pittsburgh Penguins." They appeared to have a good selection of jerseys and great pricing. I attempted to purchase a jersey using a credit card and the first attempt was unsuccessful. The site prompted me to try again and I did. As I did so, I received a FRAUD alert via text from my bank to let me know that a party from China was trying to deduct $63 from my account. As a result of the unauthorized attempt my card was immediately canceled by the bank. I assumed initially that a third party was responsible for hacking the transaction. I tried to find contact information on the Penguin Jerseys’ website to alert the company but there was no phone number or email to be found. I filled out a contact form and received no word. The following day I received the following email: "Thanks for your purchasing on our web site. We have got your order and our guys are dealing with it. Once we get the tracking number from the logistics department, We will email you. Any other problems you can email us here.Thanks.

I googled "kiss market online shop" to figure out the source and connection to the Penguins Jersey site. I found that many other people were reporting that the same group has set up a variety of legitimate-looking but fraudulent online sport jersey shops to steal money and credit card information.
