Type of a scam Tax Collection

I received a voicemail on 5/2/17 (See picture). I called the number back. A man with an indian accent claiming to be Allen Foster located at 1111 constitution ave, the office of Tom Williams id 9654 stated that I was sent to notices to my address, which he knew, and said that there is a warrant for my arrest for being a tax fraud. It was very believable since he knew my address. He said that I would be arrested if I didn’t pay $2,996 late payment fee. He said that I was being recorded, and would be used in court as evidence in federal court and a cop was going to arrest me, which was very scary. I said I wanted proof, paperwork, and he said those papers would be released after I paid $2,996. He said I couldn’t pay in debit, check, or credit card. I told him I didn’t get any mail, and he said the government has recorded proof as evidence it was sent to my address. He also said the notice was sent to my gmail email address. When I told him I didn’t get anything, he accused me of being a fraud and I would be arrested. After I said I would pay, he put me on hold and put me on the line with a new worker.

The new work was called allen foster, also with an indian accent. He said I was being recorded, and anything I would say would be used in court. If I got off the phone, and didn’t pay I would be arrested. Again I asked for paperwork proof. He called me a tax fraud. He saw my statements from 2011 -2016 and an audit was done, and they said I filed them incorrectly even though I had my certified accountant do it. It was very believale. He said that the IRS doesn’t doesn’t make the accountant accountable, only the taxpayer, and the audit proved it!

"Allen" said after I paid $2,786 (this number different from the first person), I would get the papers, and a team would come to my house to prevent this from happening.

He said the only way not to get arrested is going to Wall Mart and send an electronic federal tax payer system ESSPS Voucher. I said wal mart , really? He said yes, if I won’t pay I will get arrested. I then sensed this was scam and told bye. When I asked him for his number to call him back, he called me a fraud and said he would report me as fraud to court, and wouldn’t cut this deal for me to pay, otherwise going to court in DC.

this seemed real. The men really seemed like they were from the IRS. I was freaked out until the wal mart statement. At that point things started to unravel. BEWARE!
