Type of a scam Tax Collection

I responded to a voice mail with a bright red exclamation point on my cell phone. I should have noticed the phone number was a number I have used in the past; Officer White was explaining that I owed the IRS money and that I was wanted for arrest. I used my Verizon *88 feature to redial the number and it looped into the Suffolk County Courthouse. I immediately contact the new York number for Office White. My mind rationalized that the IRS had fielded their escalated IRS penalties to local authorities in order to catch up with negligent accounts. I owe no money and I asked why I had not been previously made aware of any issues. I was told to be quiet, comply and not get smart. At that moment I was frightened that I could further penalized for insubordination. The initial sum was for $1995.00; I bought a money gram and was instructed to send it to a lawyer, Kiara M. Thompson in Tennessee. Then after the payment was received I was told that the IRS due taxes had been resolved but the police needed $5,291 to lift the warrant. I withdrew the funds from saving and deposited the money into a BOAZ account for Alexander K. Magnant in GA. I then realized I was being swindled and drove to the police. The officer in Southborough stated I had been scammed and that I needed to go into Boston to report the crime. I have reported to all agencies and have case numbers. Both of the names of the money recipients in their respective locations have social media account. I really need to have the money returned to me. BOA states that as I "willingly" transferred funds this is not a Fraud. I would like to pursue the concept that because I believed I was complying with the law, I withdrew funds for a Fraud. Pleas help me regain my $7520. I am nearing retirement and this was a good portion of my savings.
