Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was on an app that offers payment, for signing up and completing offers. The company that provided the offers is OFFERWALL. I completed an offer, which I waited a few days for payment, did not go through. I contacted offerwall, where I confirmed my payment for the offer, snips of the AD by offerwall, completed Ad, and how much the offer was worth. After waiting a week, I reached back out, where I was told that the offer never existed? They have my money, and do not even admit that there was an offer in the first place. Please all see the images below. Do not use this company, they will steal your money.
