Type of a scam Investment

SCAMMER. This number was left by someone named Tiffany who called from 855-261-9753 for for my adult son claiming they were going to serve him a summons at his home or place of business today between 3-5 PM if he didn’t respond and would be reported as non-compliant to the court. They said if they have any questions call the plaintiff 972-895-8269 When I called back to ask to be removed from their call logs, they called themselves OCN "an investment company" in Ennis, Texas. They claim they have no idea what I am talking about and who Tiffany is and to do whatever I want about it. I am reporting them to the District Attorney in Texas, the ScamPulse.com and anyone else that can shut down these scammers.
