Type of a scam Travel/Vacations
Received a call from someone representing themselves as an employee of Oceana Cruises. They informed me that the call was being recorded and then asked me "Can you hear me ok?" I answered yes. I then realized it was a scam. They then proceeded to advise me they were giving me a free cruise cabin. I told them I was not interested and hung up. This scam was reported in the Sacramento Bee January 28th 2017.
