Type of a scam Tech Support

I accidentally contacted a tech support company when I was trying to find Jostens. They said their name was Ocean Support LLC. He got into my computer and showed me where 35 attempts had been made to hack into my computer. He said he didn’t want money over the phone to mail him a money order. I looked up their "address", and it was a picture of a house that’s for sale. I called my computer tech, who said the scammer had downloaded copycat software. I had to get a factory reset on my computer. I had to freeze my accounts. I told him he was a scammer. He said they wouldn’t be listed with BBB as they are too new.
