The person is doing a method of scam selling called “drop shipping” where they order an item off wholesale or Chinese sites such as AliExpress for cheap, then pretending to have a real business storefront on social media, and charging individuals more than the item costs. Then once the individual “buys” the item off their storefront, they enter the buyer’s information on whatever other site they use & have it sent from the actual merchant to the individual, while keeping the profit (as they charge buyers more than what the item actually costs)
