Type of a scam Phishing

I received an email this morning from someone saying they are from the ScamPulse.com and that they received a complaint that my company is violating The Safety and Health Act and attached a link for me to click to "download" the explanation of this abuse. The email address seemed odd as it was coming from a Dawn at a real estate agency (***) but signed by a Carmela L. Stover. I researched this *** *** *** and spoke to a John who is the first poc before their IT department. He stated yes that Dawn’s email had been hacked. I did not open the email but wanted to make sure you knew this. I have attached a screen shot of the email
