I called to see what they had to offer and before you know it. I answered way too many questions. They needed validation of who I was to get to pull up my loan amount. Before I knew it, they had my SSN, validation questions, like what is my favorite state, birthday, favorite plane, first pet. Said they were sending an email and hung up. I tried calling back. hung up. My mom tried calling from a different phone number and trying to find out about the program. They hung up on her when she said she didn’t have a job. What can I do to protect my identity at this point? Help?
