BEWARE of this FRAUD!!
I ordered 2 masks from oasismasks.com. The website says:
1. "ALL ORDERS SHIP OUT FREE & SAME DAY AS PURCHASE!"
2. "Always free shipping. Always ships out of our Los Angeles warehouse within 24 hours."
3. "Quality Guaranteed. Shipped from LA."
4. "We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you have any issues at all, please contact us."
I have tried to contact them twice regarding my order. This scam (pretending to be a business) only offers an email address as contact information. NO PHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS IS LISTED ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE. Oasismasks provides 2 emails on their website as contact information. (One, [email protected], does not work.) The only (possibly?) working email is [email protected] I have sent 2 emails to that address. None of my emails have been answered by oasismasks.
After placing my order with oasismasks.com I received an email stating: "Thank you for your order at Oasis. Once your package ships we will send you a notification email. Your order confirmation is below." The order was placed on 8/5/20. To date, I have not received a shipping email from them even though they advertise: "ALL ORDERS SHIP OUT FREE & SAME DAY AS PURCHASE!" I have been waiting a week for something that ships out "same day from Los Angeles." I have sent 2 emails, neither of them have received a response. I am not certain whether this company’s objective is to steal your personal information, steal your money, or both. Based on my experience with oasismasks.com, DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! BUYER BEWARE!!

Placed a order for an advertised face mask on an ad from Instagram on May 1. They withdrew money and I have still yet to receive the item. Repeated emails has gone unanswered. Today is May 12, theres been no communicated delays or return of emails.
