This "limited liability company" is not a "business", it is a scam. They do not offer a legitimate service. I became aware of this scam after learning the credit card for my company had been used to fraudulently purchase a computer near Pensacola, FL. I inquired as to who had recently been given the card information and was told "Google" had contacted my company and offered to advertise for us, and to offer search engine optimization services for the "low" price of $1069. I was immediately suspicious and asked to see any emails or transactions from "Google", and was shown emails from a representative of "Oasis Media LLC" named "Jessica S". I was extremely suspicious after also learning the fraudulent computer purchase was made the same day the $1069 was authorized on the company card. Using the same account and same card for years, no fraudulent purchases have ever been attempted until the same day Oasis Media LLC obtained card information from us. I then googled the phone number listed in the email, and was overwhelmed with numerous complaints about the phone number. I googled the registered owners of the company, Dennis Brinn, Tyler Smyzuk, Mark Brosious, and Eric Cherchio, and found several mugshots and online poker profiles. The owners are all out of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and do not look bright enough to have pioneered their own company in their early 20s as prison releasees. After some additional digging, the owners of this "Oasis Media LLC" were sued in Circuit Court for violating Non Disclosure Agreements they had signed with another company they all worked for doing similar work up in Delaware. One of them broke into the company’s Human Resources Office and stole the Non Disclosure Agreements before they all quit and formed their own scam operation. Look them up on Facebook, and they all look like a bunch of Jersey Shore punks. The emails they send are littered with grammar and punctuation errors and are quite non-convincing. Additionally, the positive reviews on their website are from people and companies that do not exist. They write their own 5 star reviews, if there are any, all clearly written by the same person, with the same grammatical and punctuation errors. This business is registered at a duplex in Lake Worth, and the operating office is at 3767 Lake Worth Rd, Suite 120, Lake Worth, FL. Several other "limited liability companies" are also registered here. I spoke with 4 different "representatives" from this company via telephone today, finally ending with Mark Brosious, informing him we had opened an investigation with North Palm Beach Police Department in regards to his fraudulent company and their false offers of services, and our credit card number being stolen. He assured me they were not responsible, after letting me know I would have to contact another company to ask for a refund because he gave our credit card number to them so they could charge us. Ludicrous. Furthermore, if they are so wonderful at optimizing Google search results, why is it that when you Google search "Oasis Media LLC", the first results to appear are their F rated ScamPulse.com profile, and their 1 star Yelp page? I find it hilarious. These guys are a joke.
